Air France Hand Baggage Allowance

The amount and weight of hand luggage you take into the cabin depends upon the type of aircraft you are flying in.

You can take either 1 or 2 items of hand baggage as well as a smaller item such as a handbag, briefcase or notebook computer case.

Your 1 or 2 items of main hand baggage must not exceed the following dimensions: 55 x 35 x 25cm including wheels and handles.

In addition to your 1 or 2 items of hand baggage, you can bring 1 smaller bag which must not exceed the following dimensions: 40 x 30 x 15cm. It must fit easily beneath the seat in front of you

The combined weight of your hand baggage items must not exceed 12 or 18 kg, depending on the type of aircraft you are flying in.

A bag check gauge is available in the check-in, baggage drop-off and boarding areas.

In addition to your hand baggage allowance you may take on board the following items;
A Jacket, coat or other clothes you are wearing
Duty-free items purchased on your flight or at the airport
An umbrella
A collapsible child’s pushchair, this may need to be put in the hold depending upon space available in the cabin.
A Child’s car seat
A collapsible wheelchair, this may need to be put in the hold depending upon space available in the cabin.
